About the role
We are looking for an eCommerce marketing expert with a proven track record in developing and executing eCommerce campaigns. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing Red Rooster’s e-commerce site and driving the execution of direct marketing campaigns. Understanding and utilising analytics to create maximum marketing impact is key to this highly technical role.
Key Activities
eCommerce Strategy and Execution
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with eCommerce and Delivery Aggregator planning, ideation, and product rollout
- Oversee website and app content, ensuring a compelling digital presence
- Support eCommerce site optimization for sales, conversion, and loyalty
- Coordinate website and app testing for seamless user experiences
- Coordinate with Creative Team for timely and high-quality asset creation
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with the Digital Go-To-Market process
- Coordinate the end-to-end CRM calendar
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with loyalty strategy, insights, and reporting
- Conduct data analysis on loyalty database and customer behavior
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with daily administrative tasks (budgeting, invoicing)
- Support Digital Marketing Manager to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Be the first point of contact for cross-functional business teams on content/product/tool issues
- Coordinate and support ad-hoc eCommerce and digital projects
- Keep team and stakeholders informed of project progress and challenges
About You
Essential
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive outcomes at pace.
- Able to foster and manage relationships with stakeholders whilst juggling multiple priorities.
- Experience managing end-to-end execution of direct marketing campaigns (including but not limited to copywriting, submitting creative briefs for email, SMS and push marketing).
- Experience managing CMS solutions such as WordPress, Contentful or similar (HTML proficiency desired).
- Strong Digital Analytics skills both in generating analytical reports and data-driven marketing strategies that deliver demonstrable business outcomes.
Desirable
- Paid search and social media marketing experience.
- Customer acquisition & management of full funnel digital marketing experience.
- Loyalty reactivation, recovery and conversion journey experience.
