About the Job:
A rare opportunity to join our International high jewelry Maison as the Flagship Sales Administrator. You will support the retail and sales teams by managing operations, stock control and aftersales process. Your role includes processing transactions, coordinating deliveries including e-commerce orders and ensuring seamless back-office functions. Strong attention to detail, organisation and efficiency are essential to maintaining high standards of customer service and sales support in a consultative luxury sales environment.
About You:
- 2+ Years experience as a Sales/Store Administrator or Operations role within a like for like, high-end luxury Maison
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail is essential
- Experienced in administrative support, stock management or sales operations
- Proficient in handling transactions, documentation and back-office tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional support to the sales team.
