As our Support Manager (NSW), you will be at the heart of leading and delivering exceptional support services across our NSW home care division. Your expertise in efficient rostering practices within the homecare industry, combined with your ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment, will be key to ensuring seamless operations and outstanding care for our clients

• Full-time, permanent position

• Hybrid model of work available

• Work hours availability vary between 7.30am and 6.00pm, and includes an on-call roster

Outlook is seeking a dynamic Support Manager NSW to lead operational excellence in delivering home care services to our customers and ensuring that NDIS plans and goals are achieved and supported, helping people build independent and enriched lives.

The Opportunity

As our Support Manager NSW, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, coach and mentor the team of Support Planners and Support Workers, including workforce planning and recruitment

• Deliver high quality care

• Maximise operational efficiencies including scheduling and budget

• Build and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience in a leadership role within the disability and/or community services sector, including a strong understanding of the my aged care sector and SCHADS Award

• A ‘can do’, collaborative and solution focused approach to each day, with commitment to making a difference in people’s lives

• Commitment to fostering a positive team culture, motivating staff, and driving performance and quality improvement

• Rosrering and scheduling experience
