Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound & outbound calls with insurers, trades, and customers
- Coordinate and update claims efficiently
- Support Project Managers & team to support the repair process and assist with ensuring the team hit targets
- Problem-solve and ensure a smooth repair process
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Work in a vibrant & collaborative team!
- Full training provided – no industry experience needed!
