Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client, an industry-leading residential insurance repair partner, is looking for a Claims Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Our client is based in the inner city and provide a supportive and welcoming work environment, along with opportunities to grow and refine your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound & outbound calls with insurers, trades, and customers
  • Coordinate and update claims efficiently
  • Support Project Managers & team to support the repair process and assist with ensuring the team hit targets
  • Problem-solve and ensure a smooth repair process
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

  • Confident communicator in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation & problem-solving skills

  • Proven administrative experience, including scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Driven to hit KPIs & create positive outcomes
  • Keen to grow in the construction & insurance industry
