Description:
About the role:You'll play a key role in managing lease documentation, financial transactions, and tenant accounts. This is a shared role and requires someone a detail-oriented professional with a background in property administration or finance to support a strong team and contribute to the smooth operation of a growing portfolio.
Duties:
- Assist with the annual budget process
- Accounts payable functions including processing invoices / purchase orders and preparing weekly payment batches in both the banking and accounting platforms
- Accounts receivable functions including tenant receipting and invoicing
- Arrears management
- Managing the lease database and keeping up to date
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously
- General accounts and administration experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion for property and property finance/administration
- Part-time (3 days per week)
- Full support and ongoing training
