About the role:
You'll play a key role in managing lease documentation, financial transactions, and tenant accounts. This is a shared role and requires someone a detail-oriented professional with a background in property administration or finance to support a strong team and contribute to the smooth operation of a growing portfolio.
Duties:
  • Assist with the annual budget process
  • Accounts payable functions including processing invoices / purchase orders and preparing weekly payment batches in both the banking and accounting platforms
  • Accounts receivable functions including tenant receipting and invoicing
  • Arrears management
  • Managing the lease database and keeping up to date
The skills and experience required for this role:
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously
  • General accounts and administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passion for property and property finance/administration
