Working predominantly with clients on Home Care Packages, they assess each client’s needs, injuries, body, and lifestyle factors and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to create a specialised recovery plan. About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist for a Community Aged Care and Orthopaedic rehabilitation caseload in South Brisbane.
In this role, you will be treating clients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions including orthopaedic, neurological and cardio-respiratory. The primary referral base is those under home care packages, with some NDIS referrals. Enjoy working alongside highly qualified and experienced therapists and providing a collaborative approach to all services. Achieve work/life balance in a mobile role where you can build a caseload close to home.

About You:

• Relevant qualification in Physiotherapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• A passion for high-quality service delivery
• Minimum of 1 years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organisational skills
• Police Check
• Level 2 First Aid
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Flu and COVID-19 vaccination
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle
• Eligible to work permanently in Australia
