Are you a paediatric occupational therapist interested in supporting children with functional neurological disorders? This is the role for you!Work alongside Australia's leading paediatric, FND specialist, receive 1:1 specialised training and supervision.
- Salaries between $85,000 - $110,000 + super depending on your experience
- 80% clinic-based, 20% community with WFH for admin option
- $2,500 annual PD allowance & adhoc supervision sessions
Your Role:
This role offers flexibility and autonomy in managing your workload, allowing you to choose your start and finish times and complete admin tasks from home. You’ll work with clients presenting with FND, neurodiverse conditions and physical disability.
- Workload : 5.5-6 clients per day, with adjusted, reduced KPIs for early-career therapists.
- Caseload : Paediatric Caseload, seen predominantly in the clinic or out in the community. 60% NDIS clients & 40% Private Clients
- Support : Comprehensive onboarding, comprehensive NDIS templates making report writing a breeze, access to supervision as often as needed, online training, and regular multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Team Environment : Work closely with a small, supportive team of allied health professionals. Daily team lunches at the local cafe and quarterly team events foster a close-knit work culture.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 + Super depending on your experience

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
