Key Responsibilities
You will be a key member of the leadership team reporting to the F&B Manager and responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across 7 days breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list and other offerings
- Lead and develop and team of dedicated floor staff, driving service excellence at all times
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient service to all guests
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with the latest developments in the food and beverage industry
- Work with the F&B Manager to develop and implement new menus or promotions, and to continuously improve the overall dining experience for guests.
- Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor relationships
- Responsible for financial performance including budgeting and cost control.
- Salary $85-$90k + super + performance bonuses + tips
