The Opportunity – Immediate Start!

We are looking for experienced and highly skilled professionals to join our team as Level 3 Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Domestic Support Workers. These roles are suited to individuals with a strong background in care, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Support Workers (Level 3) – Provide advanced personal care, administer medications, and support participants with complex needs, mobility assistance, and cognitive challenges.

Enrolled Nurses – Work autonomously in the community, delivering high-level nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and complex health support.

Domestic Support Workers – Assist in maintaining high-standard home environments, ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of those we support through essential domestic tasks.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) operations run 24/7, including passive sleepovers.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced professionals who are dedicated, reliable, and client-focused, with a strong commitment to quality care and professional integrity.

Skills & Experience – Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Qualifications – Certificate III in Individual Support, including “Assist Clients with Medication,” Enrolled Nursing qualifications, or relevant domestic care experience.

Licences & Checks – A valid driver’s licence, a roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance, and mandatory checks including Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Working with Children Check (Blue Card), and First Aid with CPR.
