About The Role
We're looking for an experienced senior consultant to join our growing team, working across multiple, complex projects. The role demands strong leadership skills, sound judgement, diplomacy and resilience.
Reporting to the Head of Evaluation and Advisory, you will:
- manage all aspects of evaluation and advisory projects, leading teams of up to 6 consultants to deliver excellent results
- lead or contribute to tender submissions
- contribute to the development of AHA's systems and support the growth of the business.
About You
You have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the way that health, aged care or social services are delivered. You have:
- 8+ years of experience in a consulting role delivering complex research, evaluation or policy development projects
- demonstrated leadership experience
- a track record of exceptional project management
- experience engaging with people from diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds
- strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to author high-quality reports and present project outcomes to clients and other stakeholders
- a strong foundation in evaluation theory, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced commercial environment
- high levels of initiative, focus and self-management.
