responsibilities with clinical shifts paid under our revenue distribution policy—ensuring you stay hands-on while making a strategic impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
Veterinary Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit passionate ECC vets who align with our values.
- Mentor, train, and develop our veterinary team, supporting career growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Create fair, sustainable schedules that support work-life balance.
- Lead transparent roster discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
- Work alongside our Clinical Manager to support professional growth, helping
your team advance their skills and careers
- Work closely with leadership on strategic planning and quality assurance – be a part of the Leadership Team guiding the direction and focus of the business
- Maintain and refine policies, procedures, and treatment protocols.Act as a key point of contact for veterinary-related client concerns.
- Remuneration between $150,000 - $200,000++
