Coverworld and its group of companies is a dynamic and growing local owned and operated business seeking to expand our Online Sales and Custom Support team as well as developing and strengthening our Digital Marketing efforts.
We are the leading online go-to for protective covers for automotive, marine, caravanning and outdoor use. We manufacture, sell and distribute high quality products that are highly valued by our customers nationwide.
Job Summary: We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and tech-savvy individual for our sales operation support (50%).
You have proven experience with Digital Marketing and will be developing and leading our marketing efforts (50%) with content creation, campaigns, social marketing, email marketing etc.
The successful candidate will be passionate, creative and possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.
Ecommerce sales and marketing experience into the in automotive, marine and/or caravanning will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom support: Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and payment processing. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
Marketing Specialist: Develop and Lead our digital marketing efforts. Manage content creation and execution of digital campaigns. Track and analyse KPI’s to assess campaign performance. Collaborate with the team and the owner to ensure that campaigns and content align with company goals and vision.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. (cars, bikes, caravans, boats, outdoor lifestyle).
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Prior experience in sales and/or customer support is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
Experience with Meta Business Platform and Google Merchant platforms
Experience with e-commerce platform, SEO optimization and customer support tools.
