The exciting opportunity:
- Permanent, part time role in the Eastern Suburbs
- Plan your own day and visits
- Focus on wellness – deliver reablement programs to the community
- Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust comprehensive, holistic and progressive physiotherapy programs for clients, increasing their physical and cognitive function
- Identify changes in conditions and effectively communicate with the multi-disciplinary team
- Deliver high quality therapy programs for the aged care clients living in the precinct, and for members of the wider community
- Record accurate documentation in line with aged care legislation and funding requirements

About you:
- University degree in Physiotherapy and full registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with and engage clients and families
- Demonstrated ability conducting thorough assessments and creating individualised care plans
- Eager and confident in your ability to utilise your excellent clinical skills to provide holistic care
- Passionate about working in the aged care industry and improving clients quality of life
