TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established WA civil contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager . You’ll take the lead on large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projects, managing teams and resources to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project delivery, meeting timelines, budgets, and HSE standards.
- Supervise subcontractors, site crews, and project resources to maintain smooth operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, local councils, and stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and apply practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project records, reporting, and schedules with attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing civil infrastructure or subdivision projects.
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
- Strong technical understanding of earthworks, drainage, utilities, and roadworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
- WA C-Class Driver’s Licence and full Australian work rights.
- Up to $180k + Super + Fully Expensed Vehicle (DOE).
