Description:
Due to continued success and winning more work, our client has appointed us to search and select an additional Contract Administrator in the team for a high profile confidential $100m+ construction project.This business has strong beliefs around work life balance, an accommodating family friendly culture, totally flexible working hours and adhoc Working From Home arrangements. They also offer all office based staff 1 RDO per month.
Typical duties will include compilation of construction packages, issuing enquiry documentation, evaluating, tender adjudication, recommendations and award following onto valuation and preparation of monthly progress certificates, cost forecasting, cost reporting, variations and final account settlement.
Criteria for the Contract Administrator:
- 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator
- Degree qualified in either Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Construction experience required in either building, civils, NPI, SMP, E&I
- The right to work in Australia
- Perth based or enroute within 4 weeks
Salary guide: $120K - $220k pkg (commensurate with experience)
