You will work within an early childhood setting alongside other allied health professionals and early childhood teachers supporting clients with ASD within a class room setting. You will spend 60% of your time "on the floor" where you will spend 1:1 time with 4 children each day supporting them with their therapy goals.
The other 40% of your time, you'll spend doing clinical admin, report writing, taking notes, liaising with other services providers, parent coaching or engaging in professional development.
Support:
- Weekly or fortnightly supervision with a Senior OT
- Peer mentoring - collaborate with other OT's and SP's
- Recieve feedback and support on your NDIS reports and documentation from the leadership team
- Access a flexible professional development allowance to undertake external training courses
- LOTS of formal and informal opportunities for multidisciplinary learning
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
