Site Manager-Remote Western AustraliaWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager for this busy roadhouse property located in regional Western Australia.
This is a very hands on role and you will be working hands on across all aspects of the business whilst overseeing the day to day management of the site, employees and different departments.
This role would suit a candidate with previous remote area management experience who enjoys regional living.
The town offers local facilities including a local bank, post office, pub, supermarket, gym and pool.

Package:
- $100,000 per annum
- Accommodation + Duty Meals
- Accommodation is self contained 2 Bedroom Unit
- 4 Weeks Annual Leave
- Managing all aspects of the roadhouse, from administration, kitchen, housekeeping, retail, fuel, accommodation, to food and beverage services.
- Handling administrative tasks like spreadsheets, day book reconciliations, stocktaking, ordering, pricing, and generating reports.
- Overseeing motel reception, including booking customers into accommodation and maintaining booking systems.
- Managing the recruitment, training, and development of your team.
- Ensuring the opening and closing procedures are followed, including cashing up, balancing tills, and handling banking.
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring compliance with liquor licensing requirements.
- Prioritising and ensuring a secure, safe working environment for all staff.
- Previous experience in a busy remote venue
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with staff management
- Hold or be able to obtain a WA Approved Managers License
- Hold a current National Police Clearance
