Join a leading Tier One Civil Contractor and play a key role in supporting their finance team. They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Finance Administrator experienced in Project Accounting to assist with financial processes, project reconciliation, and administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced construction environment.This is a 3 month contract based in Perth CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process month-end entries, including journals and accruals.
- Manage monthly billing and ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile project variations to maintain financial integrity.
- Maintain accurate financial records between site and finance teams.
- Assist with general timesheet queries.
- Ensure correct cost allocations across projects.
- Handle site requests and finance-related queries.
- Provide general finance administration and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
- Previous experience in a finance administration role within a construction or contracting environment is advantageous.
- Experience using SAP is essential.
