About Aspire Hub

Aspire Hub is a fast growing and trusted NDIS and Child Safety service provider. We pride ourselves in delivering uncompromising support to our participants so they can achieve their goals with confidence.

We’re proud to provide a range of supported accommodation services, in-home disability supports, social programs and community nursing for adults and children in south east Queensland and Perth.

We listen to what our participants, their families and communities have to say and always strive to deliver services beyond the highest expectations.

Through our efforts, we aim to be the inspiration in the community by empowering people to live the life they choose.

Now with our Bright Futures Day Hub, we offer meaningful activities for NDIS Participants, to learn useful skills and participate in a socially inclusive space and meet new people and create lifelong friendships.

About the Role

As the Day Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with NDIS and Community service providers to source suitably funded Participants for Day Program activities. Additionally, the role is responsible for developing and facilitating group activities and programs which meet the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of Participants.

Additionally, the Day Program Coordinator will manage Aspire Hub Perth's, CAS Participant's supports and rosters.

The position will support a team of support workers, and coordinate the rosters to align with the SCHADS awards and program activities.

About You

You have experience in the NDIS sector and have successfully managed a Day program. You understand the NDIS funding model and have created Participant service agreements in line with the service provided and their funding.

With your leadership experience, you are able to collaborate with direct reports and internal and external stakeholders to achieve Aspire Hub's, Bright Futures Day Program mission.

If this sounds like you and above all, you have creative and innovative, out of the box ideas for Day Program activities, we encourage you to outline your experience in the cover letter and submit your application.
