Are you an organised and enthusiastic professional looking for a dynamic administrative role? We’re seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team in one of our Northern Suburbs depots.
About the Role
In this full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday), you will support a range of administrative and office tasks, including:

- Managing reception duties and providing excellent front-of-house service.
- Revenue reconciliation and accurate financial record-keeping.
- Supporting accounts and payroll functions.
- Performing detailed data entry and general administrative duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a good understanding of Windows are essential. We offer above-award wages , which will be discussed with the successful candidate.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
