As a HR Business Partner , you will play a pivotal role in executing large-scale organisational transformation initiatives that complement the change management and workplace relations streams of the projects
Reporting to the Head of People , you will provide expert HR advisory and leadership support to senior stakeholders across a portfolio that includes both corporate and operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead large-scale transformation and workforce consultation, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and cultural priorities.
- Execute stakeholder engagement strategies, working closely with senior leaders, employee representatives, and unions to drive successful change adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters related to the transformation within a complex ER/IR landscape.
- Advise and coach senior leaders on people initiatives to enhance workforce capability, engagement, and performance.
- Manage organisational change initiatives, including workforce restructures, role redesigns, and large-scale employee communications.
- Champion a culture of collaboration and engagement, ensuring employees and leaders are supported through change initiatives.
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
- Extensive experience as a HRBP in large, complex, multi-site environments.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale transformation and workforce consultation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and enterprise agreements.
- Experience in navigating complex ER/IR landscapes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for driving positive workplace change.
