Description:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including team management & development
- Developing and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Managing and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Maintaining WHS standards
- Maintaining inventory control and ensure compliance with company policies
- Analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Managing branch budget and financial reporting
Requirements:
A successful Branch Manager should have:
- Proven track-record in improving branch performance
- A background in managing a branch within the steel industry
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in analysing sales data and financial reports to improve profitability
- A customer-focused approach and ability to resolve issues promptly
- Knowledge of inventory management and compliance requirements
Conditions:
- A competitive salary package between AUD 150,000 - AUD 200,000 + super + car allowance
