Job Description

AVANI Melbourne Box Hill Residences is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated and experienced individualfor the role ofHousekeeping Supervisor. The HousekeepingSupervisor willbe responsible for themanagementof the housekeeping team during the weekend.

This role will be suitable for someone seeking Part Time Hours within Box Hill, Victoria, Australia withawarding hourly rates of:

• Monday - Friday: $32.25 per hour + super
• Saturday: $38.70 per hour + super
• Sunday: $45.15 per hour + super
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the property in Housekeeping (in rooms, public and common areas).
• Build a productive and professional relationship with Housekeepers staff members, Housekeepers clients and all contractor personal;
• Support housekeeping team to provide an excellent cleaning service;
• Oversee daily on the job training for all cleaning employees;
• Maintainaccurate financial, maintenance andinventory records;
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in the management or supervision of ahousekeeping team;
• Experience controlling andmaintainingbudgets, all operating supplies,replacements andconsumables;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent time management and organisational skills;
• Strong eye for detail, and ability to follow procedures and set the standard for cleanliness.
