Base pay range

A$130,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

Keith Prowse Travel is a global leader in premium sports and event travel, delivering unforgettable experiences at the world’s most iconic sporting and entertainment events. We have recently expanded internationally through acquisition and by establishing small, agile teams to drive our growth internationally.

As we scale up, we seek an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our Sydney-based team and spearhead revenue growth in Australia while collaborating with our global teams. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of an ambitious business, shaping our sales strategy as we expand.

About the Role

We seek a proactive, strategic, and results-driven Head of Sales to take ownership of our sales function, drive business growth, and develop a high-performing team. This hands-on leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, a proactive sales approach and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients, partners, and premium travel clients.

You will drive revenue, refine our go-to-market strategy, and ensure our team delivers exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, ambitious, and excited by the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Australia while aligning with global objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly in the corporate sector.
  • Collaborate with our overseas teams to maximise opportunities and develop new opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and premium customers.
  • Expand brand awareness and reputation across the premium event travel and hospitality markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee and optimise the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.
  • Provide detailed sales performance insights to senior management.
  • Improve sales processes to maximise sales conversion and identity and manage strategically significant opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Key Skills

  • Sales Leadership - Experience in a senior sales role with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Commercial Acumen – Strong ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate high-value deals, and drive profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management – Ability to engage and manage corporate and premium clients.
