One of the best mid-tier firms in the country is looking for an experienced Manager to help take their Brisbane office to the next level.

This role has high visibility in the firm and the successful applicant will be put on a pathway to partner program from the outset.

1. Manage a team of 7 Accountants and Intermediates. Provide coaching and training where needed.
2. Run a portfolio of clients while also looking to cross sell the firm's other services.
3. Tax returns for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Charities.
4. Financial Statements preparation, BAS and IAS.
5. Ad-hoc advisory and due diligence work.
6. Attend networking events and work with the marketing team to promote the firm’s events.

1. CA or CPA Qualified.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, Finance or Economics.
3. 6+ years of experience in a similar role within an accounting firm.
4. High level written and verbal communication as this is a client-facing role.
5. Knowledge of Xero is preferred but not necessary.
