What You’ll Need:
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in aged care kitchens OR bulk cooking (hotels, events, hospitals, etc.)
Strong knowledge of dietary needs & food safety regulations
Understanding of allergies & cooking to specific requirements
Valid Police Check
Up-to-date Flu & COVID vaccinations (some facilities may require flu shots)
Food Safety Certification (preferred)
