We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team at Hapi Healthcare. As the key link between our customers and Hapi, this role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring long-term customer success.
Please Note: This role requires working across AEST, NZST and UK timezones. Working hours will be Monday – Friday:
- 8am – 2pm & 5pm – 7pm OR
- 9am – 2pm & 5pm – 8pm
Your Role:
- Strategically manage a national portfolio of accounts across Australia (Sydney) and New Zealand (Auckland) to drive growth, maintain a strong pipeline, and onboard new clients.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement with Hapi Healthcare solutions.
- Attend client sites (where possible) and meetings for regular reviews, fostering strong relationships and ensuring continued success.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client ROI, improve satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Drive customer retention by proactively addressing needs, identifying risks, and ensuring ongoing value.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including managers and internal stakeholders, to support customer success.
- Introduce and promote new or existing Hapi Healthcare solutions to help clients maximise their benefits.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship roles, with a proven track record in customer retention, account growth, and stakeholder management.
- Background in healthcare, SaaS, technology, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to engaging stakeholders.
- Analytical, organised, and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
