The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic call centre environment? Join our team as a Maintenance Support Officer and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth maintenance of government assets.
As a Maintenance Support Officer, you'll work within a small, collaborative call centre team dedicated to addressing the maintenance needs of our valued customers. You'll be the first point of contact, building relationships and providing efficient solutions for maintenance requests.
- Respond to and make customer calls regarding maintenance needs.
- Arrange responsive maintenance services for government assets.
- Calmly handle and resolve concerns, including calming upset customers.
- Confirm and clarify caller information while building trust and rapport.
- Effectively use software, databases, scripts, and tools to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with customers and contractors to deliver timely resolutions.
- Strive to meet or exceed call centre performance metrics.
- Provide consistent and high-quality customer service experiences.
About You
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Confidence in using technology and software systems.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is highly regarded.
