Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Townsville clinic.This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
- Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone and email communications
- Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
- Promote and upsell our product range and services
- Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
- Maintain inventory and process clinic orders
Are you a MATCH?
- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments
- Exceptional communication skills
- Independent clinic management capability
- Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
- Strong organisational and administrational skills
