The medical curriculum covers a diversity of content, encompassing biological and social sciences, clinical medicine, law, ethics, research and critical analysis, and personal and professional development. The Doctor of Medicine (MD) program is delivered primarily on campuses located in Wollongong, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands, as well as in numerous rural sites throughout NSW.
About the role:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrative professional with expertise in collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data. In this role you will coordinate the day-to-day implementation and administration of evaluation activities for the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program including the rural end-to-end medical education track. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Lecturer, Rural Medical Education Evaluation as well as students, administrative and academic staff including Academic Program Directors and Subject Coordinators to ensure the efficient administration and monitoring of program-related evaluation activities and data. Additionally, you will work with the assessment team to support assessment tasks, ensuring cohesive evaluation and assessment processes within the four-year MD program and related data management tasks.
About you:
You will be suitably qualified with relevant work experience, or have an equivalent combination of experience in an administrative or project support role and/or education and training. You’ll have extensive experience in providing administrative support for projects, managing timelines, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional environment. Additionally, you will have advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new online systems or processes including learning management systems or online survey tools. You will be proficient in collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data, with expert-level proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word and other data analysis reporting tools, as well as the ability to learn new software. Strong attention to detail is essential as are excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, staff and students at all levels.

- You will be based in either the Southern Highlands region or the Shoalhaven but will be required to travel to undertake requirements of the role between both locations and the Wollongong Campus.
