About the Role

As a Team Administrator at Cubiko, your day-to-day will be dynamic and varied, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing essential support across HR, finance, and administration. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage office supplies, assist with travel arrangements, and oversee company events while maintaining key databases and handling confidential board materials. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with employees, supporting new hires, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and managing budgets and invoices. With a proactive and adaptable approach, you’ll be at the heart of the team, keeping everything running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Administrator at Cubiko your day-to-day will include:

  • Office Administration : Ordering supplies, booking meetings and taking minutes, organising company events and managing day to day functions within the office.
  • Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodation and activities for our team as needed.
  • HR Support and Employee Engagement: Assisting the organisation's HR, operations and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents.
  • Employee Onboarding, Compliance, and Well-being: Assisting in running induction programmes for new employees, Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
  • Enablement Team & Board Support: Assisting on various projects and initiatives to support the CEO/COO and the growth of Cubiko. Providing confidential, high level secretarial services for the Board, including compilation and distribution of reports, minutes and background material for meetings.
