Join our Dynamic Team as an Administration Coordinator

Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a Referral Unit Officer to join Child and Family Health Service team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

In the role of Administration Coordinator, you will focus on:

  • Leading administrative staff with a focus on customer service excellence, ensuring efficient reception operations through effective workload management, roster scheduling, and meticulous records handling.
  • Enhancing the Regional Team Manager's productivity by expertly coordinating diary schedules and travel plans, while proactively identifying and addressing emerging issues and inquiries.
  • Driving continuous improvement within the Administrative Services team by systematically reviewing existing practices and implementing consistent, strategic enhancements.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes open communication, accountability, and proactive problem-solving to uphold high standards of administrative support and customer satisfaction.
