About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Schools Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative and coordination support for our psychology programs in schools. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of services by managing scheduling, data entry, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration of psychology programs across multiple schools.
- Liaise with schools, internal teams, and funding bodies to ensure seamless program execution.
- Maintain accurate records of school participation, funding agreements, and program milestones.
- Assist in scheduling staff placements and managing resource distribution.
- Ensure compliance with funding agreements, school contracts, and relevant regulations.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to school stakeholders.
- Organise events, workshops, and training sessions related to psychology programs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔ Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
✔ High attention to detail and proficiency in IT systems, including project management software.
✔ Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience in administration, project coordination, or education sector support roles.
