Join UniSC Clinical Trials as a Pharmacy Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the safe and compliant management of Investigational Products (IP)! In this key position, you’ll oversee all IP-related activities, ensuring strict adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines, HREC-approved protocols, UniSC CTC Standard Operating Procedures, and all relevant regulations. Your expertise will help drive the success of cutting-edge clinical research while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance. You will
- support the Pharmacy Manager with the management, storage and dispensing of Investigational Products (IP) within the UniSC Clinical Trials (UniSC CT) Pharmacy in accordance with a Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) approved protocol and Pharmacy manual, and other applicable guidelines and policies; and
- work collaboratively with the UniSC CT team, sponsors and monitors to ensure appropriate and timely management of all activities related to Investigational Product.

Whether working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, you thrive in dynamic settings and consistently contribute to team success.
You will possess:
- completion of a bachelor’s degree in a related science or health care discipline with clinical research experience (preferred);
- current registration as a Pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;
- good working knowledge of clinical research, ICHGCP, and the basics of drug development;
- proficiency in vaccine trials and complex diseases is strongly preferred; and
- well-developed computing skills, including databases, clinical trial electronic data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.
