About the Role
Join our dynamic Community Clinical Rehabilitation Service (CCRS) as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care. In this leadership position, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide expert assessments, case formulations, and targeted interventions that make a meaningful difference in the lives of consumers, their families, and carers. You will also offer specialist consultation to team members, ensuring collaborative and holistic care across community mental health services.
As a key clinical leader, you will shape service development by mentoring staff, overseeing psychological treatment strategies, and contributing to policy, research, and quality improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help drive best practices in mental health care while fostering a supportive and innovative environment. About You
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care and clinical leadership. You will bring strong expertise in psychological assessment, intervention, and team collaboration to support consumers with complex needs.
- Qualifications & Experience – Registered Clinical Psychologist with PsyBA endorsement and approved supervisor status, plus experience in community or rehabilitation mental health services.
- Advanced Clinical Skills – Expertise in comprehensive assessments, evidence-based interventions, crisis management, and collaborative care planning.
- Leadership & Teamwork – Ability to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and professional development within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge & Ethics – Strong understanding of ethical standards, legislation, and mental health service frameworks to support best practice care.
