• Salary: $114,314 to $124,449 pa (pro-rata) - AHP4
• Temporary Part-time (up to 27 June 2025) - up to 0.7 FTE available

Overview

The Senior Program Manager – Subacute is responsible to the Manager, Strategic Clinical Change for facilitating ongoing service development and providing clinical leadership in the foundation, implementation and ongoing strategic development of Subacute Programs including Rehabilitation services, restorative care services (for example Transition Care Program), Palliative Care services across regional Local Health Networks. Contributing to overall program and clinical governance, the Senior Program Manager – Subacute will also be a recognised clinical expert to enable facilitation of support to clinical staff, training and development initiatives, and to ensure best practice service standards underpin local service models developed in response to the State-wide Rehabilitation Service Plan 2009-2016 in conjunction with the discipline specific Advanced Clinical Leads and regional managers.

Qualifications

Must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health profession and be eligible for (full) membership of the relevant Professional Association. For those professions requiring Registration must fulfill all requirements to achieve and maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA). For self-regulated professions it is desirable to participate in the professional associations’ accredited CPD program.
