Join our Dynamic Team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager
Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is searching for an Associate Unit Manager to join Child and Family Health Service team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

In the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will focus on:
- Delivering person-centred clinical nursing care within a dedicated team, ensuring that each client's unique needs and preferences are prioritized to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with the Regional Team Manager to support management, clinical, and educational initiatives, thereby enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of nursing services.
- Engaging in clinical teaching by supervising learning experiences and setting goals for students and less experienced staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and excellence in patient care.
- Applying advanced theoretical knowledge and evidence-based practices, combined with personal experience, to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet agreed-upon client outcomes.
