About the Role:
As the Rehabilitation Manager, you will undertake managerial and supervisory duties across Saturday and Sunday at Flinders Medical Centre. Your duties will include:
- Leadership and operational management across multi-disciplinary teams,
- Focus on safe, efficient, and effective patient service delivery.
- Emphasis on bed and resource management.
- Management of accreditation and risk management processes.
- Support for quality care and promotion of quality improvement and research.
- Utilisation of various practice models to achieve best practice standards.
Please note: This position will work Saturday and Sunday on a fortnightly basis, relevant penalty rates will apply.
About you:
- Proven experience in rehabilitation management,
- Strong leadership and communication skills,
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
