About the Role
As the Network Training Program Co-ordinator (NTPC) for the Basic Physician Training Program, you will play a critical role in the administration and coordination of this vocational training program for medical practitioners pursuing a career in Adult Internal Medicine. You'll work closely with the Directors of Physician Education (DPEs) to ensure the program is delivered to the highest standards, meeting the curriculum and accreditation requirements set by the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).
Your responsibilities will include supporting the DPEs in managing the program's day-to-day operations, ensuring it aligns with RACP standards, and addressing the learning and wellbeing needs of the trainee medical officers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of future leaders in internal medicine, while playing a key role in the successful delivery of a high-quality training program.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to support the Basic Physician Training Program.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with all levels.
- Proven experience in providing confidential administrative support to senior management.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office applications and online video conferencing platforms.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer service principles, and relevant legislation.
