Peoplecare currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate & people focused Customer Service Team Leader to join their amazing Service Delivery team.

In this role, you will assist the Customer Service Team Manager in leading a highly dedicated team of Customer Service Consultants by giving them direction, clear communication, encouragement, and support to deliver the amazing customer service we’re famous for.

We are seeking an experienced leader who displays exceptional people management skills to get the best out of their team. The successful candidate will be focused on giving it 100%, getting results that we strive for and has the ability to perform best in an innovative, growing organisation and will love to share their skills and knowledge in the areas of customer service, process improvement and workflow.

At Peoplecare, we put people first and are well known for the way we look after our members and our team. Our Customer Service Consultants handle each call with enthusiasm, they love to help!


Skills And Experiences

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • LOVE helping people
  • Have experience in, and LOVE a fast-paced call-centre/ processing work environment
  • Are a change champion and LOVE supporting a team through change
  • Have had exposure to privacy act requirements, EEO, HR principals in relation to workplace practices, WHS, anti-discrimination
  • Have experience with a variety of computer software and systems
  • Have problem-solving skills & strong attention-to-detail & you are a critical thinker
  • Are professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
