Join our Dynamic Team as an Administration Officer
Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a Referral Unit Officer to join Child and Family Health Service team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

In the role of Administration Officer, you will focus on:
- Commitment to Excellence in Client Service : Consistently provide high-quality customer information and inquiry services to both internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Optimizing Operational Efficiency : Actively contribute to the seamless operation of services by delivering comprehensive administrative support, enabling teams to focus on their core tasks and enhance overall productivity.
- Proactive Appointment Management : Effectively prioritize and assess appointments by understanding each client's unique requirements, ensuring the most efficient use of time and resources for optimal service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement in Administrative Practices : Regularly review, develop, and implement administrative procedures, guidelines, audits, and quality indicators, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and ensuring best practices are upheld.
