About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is looking for a talented and dedicated Admissions Officer to join our Health Information Management Services team.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient admission process for patients across multiple sites. Your primary duties will include:
- Accurately collecting and verifying patient information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to facilitate seamless patient flow.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to admissions and patient care.
This position operates on a 24/7 roster, requiring availability for night shifts and weekends. You will be expected to work across multiple sites within the NALHN to meet operational needs.
