About the Role
Our Resource Management team plays a vital role in connecting our people to opportunities and experiences that complement the lives and careers of our Assurance professionals. We deliver by making sure we have the right people, on the right jobs at the right time, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We’re looking for a Senior Associate who is passionate about working with people, has an eye for detail, is a team player, motivated, tenacious and a problem solver, within our vast community of solvers.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
- Demonstrating experience in a corporate and professional services environment is a bonus
- Demonstrating passion for working with people and can establish a personal brand as a trusted advisor and go-to person
- Demonstrating proactiveness, responsiveness, adaptability and agile
- Providing proven in experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning for a large team
- Influencing and negotiating with the ability to assert a point of view across all levels of staff, from juniors to the key stakeholders of the business
- Providing stakeholder management experience, enjoy solving problems, and they have ability to diplomatically challenge the status quo
- Demonstrating the ability to learn quickly in a fast moving environment and passionate about being at the forefront of change
In our Resource Management team, your impact will be seen by:
- Providing commercial thinking and encouraging innovation
- Connecting with our people on both a personal and professional level and align them to opportunities to build their career
- Playing a significant role in optimising the utilisation of our teams by: highlighting capacity, challenging hours and engagement timing, increasing productivity and profitability
- Demonstrating good problem solving skill and decision maker with a strong communication style
- Managing and supporting employees to help develop professionally in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled
- Building key relationships across Assurance teams and leadership, liaising, influencing and challenging effectively
- Analysing resource requests, by skill, level, industry and geography to highlight key insights into the mix of work being delivered
- Having value added conversations with leadership arising from the ability to analyse and discuss numerical data to highlight trends, flag issues and find solutions
- Contributing to the strategic and tactical resource planning function ensuring the provision of adequate time frames to meet engagement requirements
- Working collaboratively with your Resource Manager colleagues nationally to help solve important problems, care for each other, and have some fun!
