About the Role
AHP-1 We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic team in a Level 1 role within CALHN. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services across a range of settings, including ambulatory rehabilitation through the Centre for Physical Activity in Ageing (CPAA) and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation at renowned facilities like the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Repat Health Precinct, and Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver tailored therapeutic interventions to support clients' goals, contributing to outpatient rehabilitation, hospital avoidance, and early supported discharge strategies. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference to clients' health and well-being, this is the role for you.
AHP-2 We are seeking a passionate and skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team in a rewarding AHP 2 role, delivering high-quality exercise physiology services across CALHN. This role offers the opportunity to work within the Centre for Physical Activity in Ageing (CPAA) and inpatient rehabilitation teams, providing therapeutic interventions to a diverse client group. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to plan and deliver client-centred care, supporting early supported discharge and hospital avoidance strategies. You’ll be working with clients experiencing a range of complex conditions, including frailty, cardiac, stroke, metabolic/bariatric, amputation, and more, ensuring evidence-based practices are integrated into service delivery. Additionally, you will provide support and supervision to allied health assistants and students, contributing to a high-quality service in both inpatient and ambulatory settings.
