Overview:
The Intelligence Officer (Tuberculosis Response) is responsible for:
- ensuring robust data quality throughout all IT systems used to support case management and contact tracing for outbreaks of Tuberculosis
- providing high-level data-management advice
- developing and maintaining standard operating procedures
- coordinating quality-improvement programs, and addressing inconsistencies between policy and practice
- responding to urgent requests for new data collection processes, for data entry and/or data cleaning
- Actively participate in the design and development of IT systems and reports (Power BI)
- working to ensure that changes in the IT systems meet the requirements of the Branch
- working to ensure that proposed system enhancements progress through the software development life cycle efficiently and effectively.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
- A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
