Senior Account Manager – Google Partnered IT ConsultancyAn award-winning IT consultancy who are partnered with Google are growing due to their ongoing success and they are looking for an Account Manager in Sydney. If you have experience in a role focussed on both existing and hunting new accounts than this is a great opportunity for you.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs & targets.Manage a list of accounts by creating individual plans of action to increase consumption and revenue. (75% of your accounts will be existing)Hunting for net new opportunities (approximately 25% of assigned accounts)Act as a product expert across Google Map services.Become a master at building relationships with existing customers up to the enterprise level.Accurate reporting and effective use of CRM system.
Experience Needed3-6 years experience in an IT sales roleMust come from either an IT services or software vendor backgroundPrevious experience in fintech or selling to the FSI will be favorable.Must have strong experience with Account Management – both new and existing customersExperience tracking and achieving targetsMust have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
