The Role:
A fantastic and rare opportunity is available to work alongside Amity Dry at our Eastwood office location on a part time basis.
Joining OC in 2020, Amity has become highly sought after for her expertise in managing pre-sale makeovers. Her deep knowledge and skill in home presentation consistently deliver exceptional results for her clients, whether it's a minor touch-up, a partial styling, or a full-scale renovation.

The role manages the smooth day to day running of Team Dry, providing administration support, and outstanding vendor and purchaser experiences.
What’s involved?
- Supporting Amity & her team with the preparation, listing and selling process, handling campaign queries and coordinating contract to settlement processes
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers & trades
- Proactive campaign management, including coordination of pre-launch property preparation
- Diary management & appointment coordination
- Oversee & provide approval for marketing materials
- Attend site visits for trade management, & coordinate scheduling, and compliance checks.
- Management of team social media posts

A bit about you:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-level administration role (Executive Assistant, Project Manager or Client Services) (essential)
- Experience with trade management/renovations (ideal)
- Experience with social media platforms (ideal)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
