Novis is a fast growing, Australian owned business specialising in the supply of healthcare equipment used primarily in Community, Aged Care and Hospital settings is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager who wishes to join a dynamic company that is well established in the health care medical equipment sector.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be reporting directly to the State Sales Manager and will be responsible for:
- Generating new business and raising awareness of the company by leveraging your existing network of customers, across the greater Sydney area.
- Building on current relationships and the establishment of new relationships within the industry. You will be working primarily within the Aged Care Sector at facility level & Hospitals with a region.
- Managing a healthy sales pipeline and exceeding targets for revenue growth, lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Up selling and cross promoting additional products to existing clients
- Conduct product training / in-services / product demonstrations to existing and prospective customers in order to increase revenue.
- Generate quotes as a result of sales activities
In order to be considered for this position you will need to be able to display the following skills, strengths and attributes:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Manager within the Healthcare sector
- Proven results of achieving over budget sales
- Strong sales drive with desire to win new business
- Strong rapport building & negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- High level of customer service experience
- Current Drivers Licence
