About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
  • Works collaboratively and is committed to creating a positive culture that puts quality and safety at the heart of what we do
  • Determined and driven with an enthusiasm to take on stretching opportunities
  • Innovative thinker who continually looks for new ways to improve efficiency and develop flexible solutions for our clients
  • Adaptable and mobile to work on a range of projects across Australia

About the Civil Engineering Pathway

A sample of the type of tasks you could expect to complete as a Civil Engineering Graduate include:

  • Dealing with a diverse range of people: from clients to designers to other engineering professionals; suppliers, sub-contractors, JV/Alliance partners and members of the public
  • Inputting alternative solutions and constructability into the design
  • Planning, scheduling and supervising construction, and monitoring the provision of materials
  • Using Digital Engineering to deliver value and certainty through our project delivery
  • Ensuring safety standards and quality of workmanship
