About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Works collaboratively and is committed to creating a positive culture that puts quality and safety at the heart of what we do
- Determined and driven with an enthusiasm to take on stretching opportunities

About the Civil Engineering Pathway
A sample of the type of tasks you could expect to complete as a Civil Engineering Graduate include:
- Dealing with a diverse range of people: from clients to designers to other engineering professionals; suppliers, sub-contractors, JV/Alliance partners and members of the public
- Inputting alternative solutions and constructability into the design
- Planning, scheduling and supervising construction, and monitoring the provision of materials
- Using Digital Engineering to deliver value and certainty through our project delivery
- Ensuring safety standards and quality of workmanship
