We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team based at our head office in Mildura.
Reporting directly to the Managing director and working closely with the executive team, this generalist HR position will be responsible for functions including:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Provision of leadership and guidance across the group to ensure positive employee relations and culture
- Management of Workers Compensation claims
- Management of payroll function
- Develop and maintain Quality Control systems and accreditations
- Supporting divisional leaders to effectively manage employee performance
- Manage employee training and development
To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
- In depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practice
- People oriented and results driven
- Experience with managing Workers Compensation insurance including claims and return to work
